...PsalmChallenge #45...

Gürte dein Schwert um die Hüften, du Held, deinen prächtigen Schmuck. Glück auf. Zieh hin für die Sache der Treue und rechten Ergebenheit !
*
Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty. And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness !

It might indeed be time for 'a hero'. Providing the glance of hope and the knowledge, that in the end, the Good wins.

Especially for the young and upcoming generation, marching towards a challenging time.

Greetings, Robert. Tough times require tough measures, even use of the sword!

Perhaps the sword is ceremonial given that truth, meekness and righteousness bring about prosperity.

A great image and quote selection.

Thank you very much for your kindness to visit and comment. I try to visit you in return, yet would like to excuse already in advance, if the trace won't be visable, as still many pages go 'blank' after opening.

And yes, there's indeed the saying, that 'a pen might be mightier than a sword, thank you for reminding !

History will write what was right to do. Thank you for keeping this challenge alive at its already 45th week. Please have you all a kind start into the new week.
