...PsalmChallenge #44...

Denn nicht durch ihr Schwert gewannen sie das Land, nicht ihr eigener Arm half ihnen zum Sieg, vielmehr deine Rechte, dein Arm und dein leuchtendes Angesicht, weil du sie geliebt hast.

*
For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.

Thank you very much for your kind visit. Many things on mind excuse the missing 'traces' of a daily photo lately.

Still having a few issues with sites and the ability to comment - am able to see, yet as soon as one clicks 'comments' the site goes blank, happening if the comment space is placed beneath the post; at least for me.

Please have you all a kind Sunday ahead.

Wow you picked one here. I see this as a contradictory but true Psalm.
WE are killed all the day long also fits the picture.
Good one Robert!

Shalom Robert. It is good to be back with you all in Psalms.

I am glad a confrontational psalm like this 44th was allowed into the Biblical canon.

Thank you very much for your kindness to visit and comment, participate as well; keeping this challenge alive in its 44th week !

There are indeed many things which are stronger than force itself.
Hope. Love. Angst. To name just a few ...
Please have you all a kind new week ahead.

(Thank you much for your patience if, in my case, I wasn't able to leave a comment upon your site; you might change the comment box to appear seperately.)
