NASA announced plans to write her name on a rocket, as part of a tradition of the space organization's Jet Propulsion Laboratory to engrave names of notable people.
"This the least we could do for Egypt's youth and the revolutionaries. This step represents the transfer of the dreams of Egyptian young people from a small stretch of earth to the enormous expanse of space" said NASA researcher Essam Mohamed Haji.
